1.Open the file (photo) in Photoshop. 2.Create grid by clicking : Edit→Preferences→Guides,Grids,slices(convert cm to pixels,only 1 subdivision ,pixels not more than 20).Locate centre and drag . 3.Uncheck anti-alias.Snap tool should be switched on. 4.Create folder from workspace.Create action(Alt+F9)(set shortcut key),stop recording. 5.Start making polygons using polygonal lasso tool. 6.Start the recording. 7.Press control+J to duplicate the layer. 8.Now press control+layer(the duplicate layer). 9.Click Filter→Blur→Average. 10.Select base layer.Now press control+D(to deselect). 11.Stop recording. 12.Continue drawing polygon and press the shortcut key.
